For a processing time of 0, Plant Simulation does not request a Worker. For this reason the processing time will be calculated when the MU enters the station or when set-up is done. If you would like to request a Worker in spite of a processing time of 0 enter a processing time that is slightly greater than 0, for example 0.001.
